Privacy policy

Your data, plainly

AI Law Radar is built to be read without an account. We collect as little as possible — essentially just the email you choose to give us — and we never sell it. Last updated June 25, 2026.

What we collect

Your email — only if you give it. When you subscribe to the newsletter or join the Radar Pro waitlist, we store the email address you enter, along with anything you choose to add (such as a region/role profile or a waitlist tag). It is held in our database (Cloudflare KV) and our email provider (MailerLite), and used only to send the updates you asked for. It is single opt-in: submitting the form is the consent.

Standard server logs. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) processes basic request data — IP address, browser type, time of request — to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Cookies & advertising

To help fund the free service we display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first through Google’s certified consent banner; you can review or change your choice at any time from that banner.

You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage or opt out of personalised advertising at myadcenter.google.com. Beyond advertising, the only browser storage we set ourselves is a first-party entry that remembers your light/dark theme — it never leaves your device and identifies no one.

How we use it

To send the newsletter, alerts or waitlist updates you requested; to operate, secure and improve the site; to display and measure ads that fund the free service; and to respond when you contact us. That’s the whole list.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed to run the service with our email provider (MailerLite), our host and security layer (Cloudflare), and our advertising provider (Google). We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond what is described above.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. You may also ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU/UK, that includes your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability); if you are in California, your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (to know, delete, correct and opt out of “sale” — which we do not do). To exercise any of these, email hello@ailawradar.com.

Retention & transfers

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from our active lists. Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere; by using the service you understand your information may be handled outside your home country, under the safeguards those providers maintain.

Children

AI Law Radar is a professional information service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Questions, requests or concerns about your data: hello@ailawradar.com — see also our contact page.
